Our current eating habits are a result of the industrialized food we are constantly offered. Even when we try to stick to what is labeled as ´healthy´ and ´diet´ we are still consuming highly processed products that our body can not handle. Thus, making us fat.

So, if you want to lose weight forever, stay away from all processed products. Consume only what is truly natural, like fresh fish, poultry and meats, fresh vegetables and fruits, beans, raw nuts and seeds. Avoid frozen, pre-cooked versions and choose free range and organic when possible.

When improving your eating habits, do not be so hard on yourself. It is better to start little by little so you would not feel shocked by the change. For example, you can substitute normal cooking oil for coconut oil and quit refined flour and junk snacks for 2 weeks.

Wait and see the results. Then, continue introducing more changes to your diet. This will keep your motivation high and you will be stronger to continue eating healthy.

When you´re trying to get your waistline in shape, it all boils down to burning fat. The great thing about eliminating the processed foods from your diet is that you´re effectively reducing your daily calorie intake, thus, start losing weight.

This is the way I see it, If I really want to help me lose weight quickly, I need to compromise. So, you don´t only need to work on your diet and nutrition, but rather in your exercise and diet.

You don´t really need to exercise for hours at gym to see results. Try a run around your block for ten minutes or take the stairs instead of the lift.

Any increment in your physical activity will contribute to your goal. But as your fitness level gets better, you should equally add more intensity.
