A healthy nutrition plan should discard all junk and processed food and replace them with natural alternatives. Free range meat, poultry, fish and eggs, raw nuts, seeds, legumes, beans and fruits and veggies are excellent low calorie alternatives that will make your metabolism go faster.

Carbohydrates are your body´s fuel. And you need them to maintain proper body functions, a quick metabolism and ultimately to lose weight.
